how to make a waist trainer

You want to train your waist but don't want to go out and buy one of those overly expensive waist trainers? I don't blame you! I am going to tell you today how you can make your very own waist trainer at home without spending tons of money on it!

This is something that I have done myself at home and I have seen some results from it as well as my friends have! It is super easy and doesn't take a lot of your time or more importantly your money. First, you want to take and rub some Vitamin E oil onto your stomach. This is so when you apply the plastic wrap in the next step it doesn't stick to you or cause you any kind of irritaion. Then, you will want to take plastic wrap and just wrap your stomach in the plastic wrap. Simple, right? Not really, you may have to entrust in a friend or family member to help with step number two or you could be there all night!

With step number two it is very important that you get that plastic wrap wrapped as tightly as you comfortably can to get the best results you possibly can! With this waist trainer, you can wear it for as long as you want! The longer you keep it on the more effective it will be for you!

Now, when it is time to remove your waist trainer things are going to get a little messy. Remember that Vitamin E oil? You want to remove it in the bathroom so you can hop straight into a shower or hot bath! After that bath or shower you just took if you want to apply a new waist trainer just follow steps one and two again! Like I said before with this trainer you can wear it as often as you are comfortable!

Consistency with wearing your waist trainer is key to you seeing the success you want. No matter if you are following a diet or exercise plan you want to keep up with wearing your waist trainer and in about two weeks, give or take, you should start seeing some results! This waist trainer has worked just as well, if not better, for me and some of my friends than those expensive ones you can go out and buy! So why spend $200 when you can spend around $10?
